Nothing arrived
Give it a minute, then look in spam and in any "promotions" or "updates" tab. The service limits how often it sends, so if you have asked several times in a row, wait about a minute before trying again. Check that the address is spelled exactly as you signed up with.
Which address do you send to?
The address you created the Curio account with. It is not necessarily the address on your phone's Google account. If you are unsure, ask for a sign-in link: one arrives only for an address that already has a Curio account. Nothing in your inbox means the address is new, and it can be created with a password.
What happens to what I saved in the app
Your Curio library, your saved discoveries and your settings live on your device and are not affected by anything on this site. Turning Online Mode off stops everything online and leaves the rest of the app exactly as it was.
Deleting the account
The account page deletes it, with a typed confirmation. It removes the account, your profile, your live posts and replies, friend connections, and the direct messages held on the server. Anything already saved on your device stays. Deleting cannot be undone, and the same email would have to sign up again.
Reporting something in the community
Use the report control on the post, the reply or the member inside the app. Reports go to the moderation team and are handled with the reasons the app offers. For anything urgent, for example a credible threat, contact your local emergency services first: Curio is not an emergency service.
Something is broken
Inside the app, Profile then Support & diagnostics can send a bug report and it attaches the crash log for you, which is the most useful thing you can hand over. Bug reports also live in the open on the Curio issue tracker. A report with your Android version, the app version from Settings, and what you did just before it went wrong is the fastest path to a fix.
